How it works: Online orders

What it is for

Receive and follow orders placed on your posts linked to stock.

The steps

1. Link your posts to stock (post page or “Stock” → “More” → “Link all”).
2. An order arrives: the item is reserved and you get a notification.
3. Online payment: wait for “Paid” (confirmed by the payment service), then “Preparing”.
4. Cash on delivery: tap “Accept the order” before the time limit.
5. Tap “Ready” or “Out for delivery”, then “Delivered”; on delivery, confirm the money received.

Included in your Business plan. The app takes no commission on your sales.

What is kept

Each order keeps its steps. The paid sale goes into your reports (“Online sale”) with a receipt with a verification code.

Common mistakes

• Order cancelled by itself: the payment or acceptance time had passed; the item is back in stock.
• The till refuses a sale: the item is reserved by an online order.
• Customer paid after the time limit: the order is cancelled and the refund is requested from the administrator.
