How it works: My orders and appointments

What it is for

Follow your online orders and your appointments with providers: steps, payment, receipt.

The steps

1. On a product page, tap “Order”, choose the quantity and the payment.
2. Online payment: pay before the time shown, otherwise the reservation is cancelled.
3. Payment on delivery: the seller accepts the order, then you pay in person.
4. On a provider’s page, tap “Book an appointment”: service, day, free slot; the cancellation rule is shown before paying.
5. On a private seller’s item, tap “Make an offer”; “Offers” tab: accept or decline a counter-offer.

Price

The price is the seller’s, in their currency. The app adds nothing.

What is kept

Your orders and their receipts stay on this page. The seller sees your public name and your message, never your number or email address.

Common mistakes

• “Not enough items”: someone ordered before you; lower the quantity.
• “Payment time passed”: place a new order.
• “Online payment not open yet”: choose “Pay on delivery”.
