1. In the app: Profile → Settings (gear) → "Delete my account". Type the requested word, then confirm. 2. Without the app: write to [email protected] from your account's e-mail address with the subject "Delete my account". Deletion is done within 30 days at most. What is deleted: your profile, posts, photos and videos, messages, groups, favourites, reviews, quotes and the identity record of the badge (for the period stated in the privacy policy). What is kept: payments, made anonymous (accounting obligation), and the security records needed to prevent abuse, for the period required by law. An account that was recovered, or whose e-mail or phone number has just changed, can only be deleted after 7 days (protection against account theft).
