What it is for

Get the “Verified account” badge proving that your identity has been checked.

The steps

1. Take a photo of your ID document.
2. Take a photo of yourself holding the document.
3. Tick the agreement and send.
4. Wait for the decision (notification).

Price

Sellers and Services: yearly price shown before paying. Customers: free.

What is kept

The photos are erased as soon as the decision is made. An encrypted identity record is kept while the badge is active, then one year. Read the verified account charter.

Common mistakes

• Blurry photo or expired document: request refused, do it again.
• A document can only be used for one account.
