What it is for

Find the quotes you sent or received.

The steps

1. Tap a quote to see it: the availability of each product at the seller is shown.
2. Tap “PDF” to open or share it, then send it by WhatsApp or by message.
3. If the seller has the Business account, they reply in the app: check their changes, then “Accept the quote” or “Decline”.
4. After “Accept”, pay online or on delivery: the products are reserved for you.
5. Once paid: “See the receipt” and “See the invoice”.

What is kept

The PDF is made on demand; it is not kept.

Common mistakes

• You can no longer change a sent quote: only the seller can adjust it, and you accept or decline.
• “The stock has changed”: the seller sold in the meantime; they are told and will adjust the quote.
• “Expired” quote: the deadline or payment time has passed; ask for a new quote.
