How it works: Appointments and jobs

What it is for

Receive online appointments, follow each job from the request to the payment, and see your figures.

The steps

In “My services”, choose your trade: typical services are added; set your prices and, if you wish, a deposit.
Set your hours, breaks and days off, then the cancellation rule.
Your clients tap “Book an appointment” on your page: they only see free slots.
In “Jobs”, accept, refuse, move or send a quote; the client is notified at each step.
On the day: “Start”, “Work finished”, then “Make the invoice”; the receipt is created as soon as it is paid.

Price

Included in your Business plan (Independent, Team or Large business, price adapted to your country). The app takes no commission on your appointments.

What is kept

Each job keeps its steps, quote, invoice and receipts. Client card: visits, packages, amount owed. Never write medical information.

Common mistakes

“This slot has just been taken”: another client booked just before; choose another time.
“The client has not paid the deposit yet”: wait for the payment or refuse the request.
Request cancelled by itself: the deposit was not paid in time, or you did not answer before the planned time.
